Provide and review support reporting with management

Manage the support case queue in FreshDesk

At least 2 years of experience in customer support

Strong communication skills - written, verbal, presentation, executive

Ability to work remote or hybrid

Basic knowledge of payment processing industry or similar preferred by not required

Demonstrated management and leadership skills

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience

Five to eight years of sales and marketing experience in the financial services industry

1-3 years’ experience in the Healthcare Payments field
