Manage internal IT and help desk

Manage all external IT and systems vendors, including renewals, renegotiations, etc.

Manage IT governance and company data security and privacy

Manage internal data mart, 3rd party and client data

Ten to Fifteen years of Factory/Warehousing or Logistics management experience.

Experience implementing/launching a workflow management/capacity planning tool.

Developing future leaders by providing resources and support to develop skills and capabilities through unique development opportunities.

Knowledge and experience in sustainable development.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Graduate degree in administration or management

Manage inventory with best-in-class principles – raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

Assumes other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.

Ensures that duties, responsibilities, and authority and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.

15+ years of experience within the manufacturing sector across multiple sites and countries.

Lead by example with a Safety First mindset in every task

Develops and incorporates solid operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control policies and programs into all manufacturing processes.

Oversees Privacy and Security compliance according to company Risk Management and Compliance requirements.

3-5 years of business operations management and leadership experience.

Demonstrated leadership and management competencies and skills including excellent financial competence, operational excellence, exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Excellent skills for team building, motivating employees, performance management and decision making

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management through diplomacy and tact.

Participates in all pertinent training and development opportunities to grow and develop business knowledge, and skills and leadership competencies.

· Strong management, financial and negotiation skills

· Creates and manages financial budgets in areas of responsibility.

· Based on research and personal experience, implement “best practices” workflow into MBN’s television production processes.
