Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, look ups, etc.)

BI software experience preferred (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)

Excellent client skills and customer relationship management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, MIS, or related field required

Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

Work with the implementation team to design changes to existing systems and integrate new systems into the client's infrastructure

Direct supervisory experience including coaching, mentorship, and performance management

3 to 5 years relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably within healthcare or consulting

Willingness and ability to travel every week (Monday-Thursday with occasional onsite Fridays) and work extended hours as needed

Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Develop trusted advisor relationships with our clients by providing strategic counsel and a mastery of all aspects of client management

Help to further develop our healthcare offering, capabilities, and growth trajectory

Skilled at fostering growth and development

Experience managing all financial aspects of client business and managing/achieving revenue goals internally at an agency is critical

At least 1 year of relevant experience

Provide expert-level consulting, sanction screening, patient privacy, conflict of interest management

Ability to solve complex compliance issues and provide expertise in a timely and appropriate manner with minimal management oversight

Act as a valuable member of project teams to solve complex compliance challenges and offer clients novel solutions and ideas

Stay abreast of current trends in healthcare compliance with continuing education

3-10 years RECENT LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE

Effective time management to maximize customer contact and take advantage of business opportunities through a multi-channel approach

Manage sample requests and budget.

Experience working effectively with medical professionals such as Dietitians, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and or Physicians

Sound knowledge of the US Healthcare System

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong planning and organizational skills

Master's degree in finance or accounting concentration preferred

Additional certifications (ASA, ABV, CVA, CFA, CPA, etc.) preferred

Two (2) years of experience in a consulting role preferred

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
