Monitor clinical appointment release and ensure that appointments are available within DHA requirements and that appointments are maximized per DHA expectations.

Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships using tact and diplomacy interacting with individuals, organizations and program support representatives.

Ability to research, analyzes, interpret and prepare comprehensive and complex data/reports.

Ability to initiate and monitor continuous quality improvement activities.

Utilizes experience with public health registries health information exchange and implementation in health care, and related health data standards.

Conducts risk analysis, feasibility study, and/or trade-off analysis to develop, document, and refine functional requirements and specifications.

Work closely with our health system customers to help manage the customer relationship and further develop existing business or accounts

Manage effective and proactive communication between Customers and various teams within McKesson to insure highest level of customer satisfaction (i.e. NPS)

Effectively observe, participate, and interface with customers directly to present products, solutions or services that can benefit the customer’s needs.

4-year college degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience

Healthcare or distribution experience preferred

Attention to detail, organizational and problem resolution skills

Education Experience And Skill Requirements

About 3-4 years of Project Management experience is an asset

7-10 years of commercial or building marketing strategies experience within Life-sciences industry (MedTech/Pharma).

Strategic marketing and business development skills.

Experience with Value-Based Procurement and Value-Based Healthcare is desirable

3 Years’ Experience in engaging hospital administration, healthcare buying groups (GPOs) and clinical stakeholders
