Health Program Operations Specialist Jobs

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and experience working with virtual platforms

Provides data management by entering patient information, ensuring completeness and accuracy of entries

Bachelor's degree preferred OR at least two years of professional experience in a closely related position acceptable

Six months of experience interpreting medical cannabis program guidelines for program eligibility

Working knowledge of the Illinois Medical Cannabis Patient Program

Skilled in managing multiple technologies and quick to learn new technical skills

Project management experience or Project Management Certification a plus

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience and proficiency in project management, health programs, health research, and health equity required.

Understand project finances and ability to assist in planning and management of grant and program budgets.

Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of the Latino community.

Ability to assist with compliance and procedures related to project and data management.

Draft reports, educational content or curricula, and support compiling of output and outcome data for internal and external reporting.

$6,278 - $7,000 per month
