Provides one-to-one behavior intervention services to individual clients as instructed by Clinical Leadership and based on individual treatment plans

Provides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, behavior, and crisis intervention

Assists client with personal care activities

Previous experience working in an educational or healthcare setting preferred

BS/BSN degree in health or biologic science, or equivalent practical experience.

Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and current knowledge of FDA regulations for clinical trials.

Master's degree in health or biologic science, or equivalent practical experience.

40 hours of BCBA Supervision signed off (for RBT Certification)

40+ hours of paid behavioral training

Mileage reimbursement driving in between clients

California Fire Vehicle Mechanic or Emergency Vehicle Technician, Level I certification or greater.

Perform periodic tests on pumpers, elevated platforms, and aerial ladders; perform maintenance and service of equipment.

Diagnose unique shop/vehicle needs and fabricate equipment parts using acetylene and arc welding tools and equipment.

Perform daily shop housekeeping and maintenance activities.

Safely operate power and various hand tools, and vehicle mechanical equipment.

Experience using design programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom and After Effects

Knowledge of lighting and audio setups
