Clinical Project/Program Manager 23-07389

Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Clinical Project Manager. This is a 5-month contract (set to go through mid-January 2024) hybrid position located in South San Francisco, CA. Pay rate range: $50.59 - $57.00 hourly.

Summary:

• You will interact closely with a variety of teams as well as clients from industry.
• In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of clinical studies that are sponsored by our client or an industry client and include the deployment of one or more medical devices.
• The Clinical Program Manager will be an integral member of the growing Digital Biomarkers and Device Operations team, as our client is seeking to improve the way clinical trials are conducted and evidence is generated using advanced software and sensor technology.

Responsibilities:

• You will oversee all operational aspects for the implementation of clinical trial activities from study start-up through database lock, ensuring Good Clinical Practices (GCP's) and relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are met.
• Work with teams across our client to drive clinical study planning, execution, and closeout to meet the needs of our external clients and clinical trial participants.
• Build and track patient recruitment and progress to study timelines.
• Communicate directly with external clients/sponsors to drive operational work design and provide updates on timelines.
• You will seek to improve the operational delivery of clinical studies by closely aligning and developing processes with multidisciplinary stakeholders (product, UX, legal, quality, regulatory, etc.
• Your role will implement cross-functional risk evaluation, mitigation, and management strategies aligned with our client and client risk management frameworks.
• As a Clinical Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional team members, external stakeholders, and activities across all geographies, liaising with project leadership to ensure that deliverables (timeline, quality, productivity) are met.

Requirements:

• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
• Exceptional organizational, documentation and general program management skills in a clinical trial setting, including stakeholder management with medical personnel and scientific research colleagues; excellent communication skills, with experience communication to executives.
• Experience in study project management and prior management of contracted resources/CRO's is required.
• At least 3 years of clinical research experience in the medical device, biopharmaceutical, or diagnostics industry, including 2 years of experience as a clinical study lead/project manager.
• BS/BSN degree in health or biologic science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and current knowledge of FDA regulations for clinical trials.

Desired:

• Ability to improvise, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic workflow; proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as spreadsheets, Google docs, and project tracking software.
• Master's degree in health or biologic science, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to changing personalities and priorities.
