Health Information Management Jobs in Washington

Associate of Arts Degree in Health Information Management or complimentary field of study; or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of health information management operations and HIPAA guidelines.

Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrates proficiency with computer data entry skills.

Responsible for chart creation, maintenance, and breakdown for all Fred Hutch Clinics, on paper and in electronic formats.

Supports HIM processes as assigned in the areas of:

Associate degree in Health Information Management, a plus!

2+ years of experience with release of information procedures.

Creates documentation of business requirements, current and future state workflows, and any custom build as appropriate.
