Health Information Management Analyst Jobs in Washington

Associate of Arts Degree in Health Information Management or complimentary field of study; or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of health information management operations and HIPAA guidelines.

Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent work experience.

Demonstrates proficiency with computer data entry skills.

Responsible for chart creation, maintenance, and breakdown for all Fred Hutch Clinics, on paper and in electronic formats.

Supports HIM processes as assigned in the areas of:

License, Certification, Education or Experience:

Uses knowledge of user workflow to assist users in defining requirements.

Excellent analytical, technical, and organizational skills demonstrated through prior healthcare IT experience

Applies detailed knowledge of system functionality to the implementation of new applications and modules.

Builds and configures system to meet requirements, using available application tools.

Creates documentation of business requirements, current and future state workflows, and any custom build as appropriate.
