Aon is looking for a Health Analytics Operations Consultant!
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our Health Analytics team.
This position is preferred to be in Chicago or Lincolnshire, IL but we will consider remote candidates.

What the day will look like:
Health Analytics Operations Consultant will support the Operations team during execution of Innovative solutions. Work on multiple projects and manage timelines, milestones and deliver efficiently.
Provide project guidelines to client teams and guide them to provide requirements. Build efficiencies for project. Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.

Daily responsibilities include: Manage inbox and answer/direct questions as necessary Manage and maintain pipeline of interested clients Manage Contracting process Maintain template contracts Manage client specific contracting, coordinate with client teams and manage escalations as needed Maintain registry of signed contracts and track in force business Manage client onboarding including: Maintain intake forms and data requests Following up as needed Collect new information and changes on an annual basis Review plan information Peer review other team member’s work Client team interaction Manage operational flow in collaboration with leadership Manage client document retention Support vendor RFIs
Skills and experience that will lead to success :
5+ years of experience health experience
Minimum understanding of healthcare contracting, data use agreements, etc.
Minimum knowledge of Healthcare jargons Ablility to communicate with vendors Ablility to automate process flow Ablility to support reporting and database process
Minimum understanding of healthcare contracting, data use agreements, etc.
Experience with project management/ticketing systems
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
Ability to be a team player
Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience

The salary for this position is $90,000-$120,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location
