Previous experience interfacing with data systems, data analytics, data-driven decision-making, and/or fiscal management/administration.

Management Information System (MIS) development and implementation and/or applying results-based accountability tools.

Academic Credentials: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Real Estate, Business, or a pertinent discipline.

Utilizes the GOLD online assessment system for planning, instruction, interaction, behavior management/special needs, assessment/documentation, accreditation, and environments for young children.

Two years of case work and related experience and/or training serving culturally diverse communities/families is required.

Experience in Head Start/Early Head Start programs is preferred.

Support family childcare providers and ensure the provision of quality services at each family childcare home for children 0-3.

Maintains an accurate record of all technical assistance, online assessment reports, and training provided.

Must be social media savvy, with ability to be on ELCPBC social media communicating services and mission.

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills and change management

2-5 years recent Driver Manager or Fleet Manager experience

Manages driver performance by setting expectations, conducting regular reviews and implementing corrective action processes up to and including termination when needed

Tracks and manages assigned drivers' schedules, including planned time off, holiday pay compliance, and vacations

Manages driver utilization to ensure their drivers achieve targeted utilization levels; works with load planners to improve driver productivity

Responsible for problem resolution with assigned drivers

College graduate in related field or equivalent experience.

Experience in banking, student loan, or customer service industry is preferred.

Assist teachers in the preparation of children for various health procedures.

Responsible for maintaining current health records for designated center(s).

Teach positive health practices to staff, children and parents.

Knowledge of traditional and digital brand media advertising, competitive landscape, and Google's suite of products

Ensures program compliance with Head Start Performance Standards related to education, health, oral health, nutrition, disabilities, and mental health services.

Organizes workshops and training sessions for parents and staff in education, health, mental health, nutrition, and disabilities.

Ensures program compliance with assessments, interventions, and treatment plans in education, health, mental health, nutrition, dental, and disabilities.

Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.

Knowledge, skill, and ability in using MS Office Suite and email.

Follows all Board of Education and Policy Council policies, state laws, and regulations.
