In coordination with upper management and HR, define and secure development activities needed for the team members.

3+ years in a managerial role

Knowledge in HVAC&R applications, heat exchanges, and other controls and systems.

Manage priorities and set realistic timelines.

PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience in a scientific or engineering field (Chemistry, Animal Science or Food Science).

Master’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in a scientific or engineering field (Chemistry, Animal Science or Food Science).

Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in a scientific or engineering field (Chemistry, Animal Science or Food Science).

Experience with palatants and protein hydrolysates development, testing and manufacturing highly desired.

Pet food manufacturing and formulation experience is preferable.

10+ years of proven experience in retail management, including experience in expanding retail footprints and opening new stores.

Strong knowledge of retail operations, store design, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
