• Essential: Financial management experience of events (budgets/P&L’s,

• Full responsibility of budget management and post event P&L’s including post event reconciliation

• Management of the CPE/CLE accreditation program

• Onsite management of event before and during conference; work with event venues and manage onsite staff

Responsibilities for this role are:

• Manage third party vendors such as App developers, AV, caterers, photographers, printers, designers, etc.

2+ years of experience in a management position

Proven experience as business manager or relevant role

Engaging and collaborating with Marketing and Finance Department

Experience with Epicore ERP is a plus

Sound judgment and decision-making skills with an eye on operational excellence at all times

Business work experience in SaaS

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential operational and market risks.

Manage relationships with broker-dealers, advisors, fintechs, and other stakeholders to maximize their experience with OpenYield.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the trading platform.

Collaborate with the technology team to develop and enhance the trading platform, improving functionality and user experience.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Finance or related field, MBA a plus

Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

2+ years experience of relevant experience as a clinical operations specialist

Prior experience working at a digital health company is strongly preferred but not required

Prior experience creating operational procedures and training materials

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work closely with Chief Medical Officer and operational teams to establish repeatable processes and procedures
