Familiarity with Oncology research and drug discovery and development essential

Breadth of scientific expertise with solid understanding of project strategy and disease content to contribute to strategic discussions

Starting an IT PMO from scratch; ability to drive process transformation across multiple departments of a mid scale technology organization

Support Business teams in the development of the Product Roadmap and resulting product initiatives.

Full ownership and management of the entire PO lifecycle, including AP/AR

3+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or other related field

Strong technical skills and experience with ERP software required

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools

Work experience in a startup environment strongly preferred

Excellent communication and organization skills, and high attention to details

Project management, Continuous Improvement, and financial analysis skills.

Nice to have: Professional qualification/certification from related organizations (CPM, CPSM, APICS).

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders to clearly define decisions and spend rights across the organization.

Act as subject matter expert on GP product capabilities and relevant competitive and adjacent Guided Procurement solutions.

7+ years’ experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing.

Experience developing and implementing procurement processes at a high-growth technology company.

10+ years of professional experience in Pharma Procurement and/or Analytics and/project management.

Regular updates and reporting to Management Board or Business Executive Leadership

Acts as the CoE (& P&P) SPOC; coordinating Category Management feedback and communicating opportunities to Global CoE

Oversees the Management of Key Supplier Relationships in coordination with Category Leads

Coordinates and consolidates Risk Management activity

Diplomatic skills to influence others at all levels of the business and manage relationships with internal clients
