Rich experience in catering management, workplace experience/operations, hospitality management, general business management, or related fields.

Experience in on-site catering management within technology companies, with an ability to navigate different applications and platforms to drive data-driven solutions.

Strong project and program management experience with a focus on global internal/external audiences within a matrixed organizational structure.

People management experience would be a bonus.

Good technical operational knowledge; relevant Food, Health, and Safety certifications would be advantageous.

Professional experience in the food and catering service industry and/or workplace operation industry.

A minimum 12 years of facility management, construction and multi-national leasing experience

Broad experience with Employee Health and Safety, Security and Risk Management

Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business or engineering preferred (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree in business also desirable

Lead the change management process and support required M&A integrations

Negotiate favorable terms on leasing and amendments that are in the best interests of the company for current and future requirements.

Experience in successfully leading multi-national teams
