Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access and data mining tools

Experience with Athena and or additional EMR/Customer Management Programs: 2 years

Behavioral Health or Medical Office setting (Remote experience a plus)

Effectively communicates Vita Health services and offerings to patients, parents, and referrers by answering inbound calls and returning outbound messages.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

You will connect with your team members, Vita employees, and leads/managers through Google Meet.

Schedules, reschedules, and cancels patient appointments, as needed.
