Proven track record of performing project lead and/or change management role for small to mid sized companies

Engage in all project phases to ensure effective handoffs and cross-team knowledge transfer

Manage workflow to ensure appropriate project coverage and talent alignment

Strong skill set to elicit the actual needs of stakeholders and facilitate communication between organizational units

Experience utilizing technology to achieve goals, streamline processes, and create efficiencies

12-15 years’ experience in account leadership roles such as information technology, delivery or business process management.

At least five (7) years previous account management experience in the healthcare industry.

P & L, sales and risk management experience preferred.

Manages successful delivery of complex solutions to multiple clients.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
