Monday -Thursday (two days 9am-6pm, two days 11am-8pm)

If off on Friday, you would work Saturday 9am-6pm OR Sunday 11am-8pm

This manager is responsible for ensuring their team is effectively and efficiently providing potential students with accurate information about their programs.

2 years working experience in online school admissions.

Must sit in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Ohio, New Mexico, Utah, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, North Carolina, or Texas.

9. Coordinates and/or supervises graduate counseling student intern program.

The Successful Candidate Must Have

2. Provides support for licensure functions of the department, including processing records requirements for program alumni

3. Keep updates on state licensure board requirements

6. Manage ongoing implementation and communication with clinical technology partners

1. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and sharp attention to detail.

2. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

5 years of progressively responsible patient registration/financial counseling and business office experience

Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience

Experience with government programs (Medicaid/Medicare) preferred

Previous experience with Patient Financial Services and productivity metrics strongly preferred

Manage key scheduling, registration, and admissions processes by monitoring and reporting performance statistics and explaining variances and adjustments

High school diploma or GED required

5. Experience working with the Canvas learning management system.

1. Terminal Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision.

3. Proficient interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Creative and innovative problem-solving skills when working with students, faculty, and staff.

5. Proven organizational skills and ability to complete assignments timely and accurately with minimal supervision.

9. A strong professional identity demonstrated through advanced credentialing, certifications, presentations, publications, and service to the profession.
