Demonstrates in depth familiarity with the culture, economics, history, and societal/ethnic/tribal aspects of the host country.

Conducts consecutive, accurate translations and summarizations of material.

Provides idiomatic translations of non-technical material using correct syntax and expression to and from the target language and English.

Reads and translates handwritten material.

Scans and processes material, utilizing the target language for critical and essential elements of information.

Must have experience with Lebanese target audience (males 18-36 years old) pop culture and associated social media technology

Superior Lebanese Arabic reading, writing, and speaking skills - excellent oral, written and electronic communication in English

Must be fully eligible for Qatar Visa and willing and able to deploy and abide by required COVID quarantine requirements

Previous experience with US Military forces in a direct supporting role to MISO/IO/IW/IRCs

Broad Experience as a media monitor/researcher for the DoD
