At least five years of direct project management experience

Experience with Project Management software such as Asana

Manage projects using a project planning and management software

Develop systems and practices that ensure consistent, high-quality project management

Seasoned Program Manager with experience in independently designing and implementing training, technical assistance, or capacity-building projects

Associate's degree with PMP certification; Bachelor's degree with PMP certification is preferred

Minimum five (5) years of experience in residential development, community entitlement processing, project management, and/or related experience.

Advanced project management experience to include budgeting and understanding of pro-forma documents.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban / Regional Planning, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, or Construction Management preferred.

Intermediate PC skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office Applications, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Advanced experience and demonstrable success negotiating with municipal agencies.

Intermediate experience with CAD, Bluebeam, and/or other related programs a plus.

Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in the nonprofit sector or related fields.

Exceptional writing skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Strong skills to understand target audiences and tailoring messaging accordingly.

Outstanding project management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Assist alumni and families with interpreting and comparing financial aid packages offered by colleges and universities

Maintain positive and encouraging relationships with alumni, and their families, that will help alumni meet their educational and personal goals

General knowledge of FAFSA and financial aid processes for college (required)

Conducting outreach to potential and existing customers and onboarding new customers. Project Management and Strategy

Supporting 3rd party partner and vendor relationships, especially within the journalism portfolio, to ensure that Microsoft project requirements are met; and,

Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to distill large amounts of information concisely.

Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Microsoft's products/services/applications preferred.

Representing Microsoft at public gatherings and events focused on the future of journalism and the news business. Operations

Collaborate: Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance & other PepsiCo divisions to on project work related to 2023 and 2024 planning

Effective coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills

Strategy Development: Assist RGM Division team in the development and communication of Retail Channel Strategy

The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600

Microsoft Suite including Excel comprehension preferred

Experience working to drive partnerships, especially with CTE training programs, in career counseling and/or youth development strongly preferred

Outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Maintain and update CTE Programs Guidebook
