Coordinate client matters with attorneys and paralegals, facilitating efficient case management and information flow.

1-3 years of reservations and customer/guest service experience

Offer guests upgrades, enhancements to their reservation

Salary: $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience

Knowledge of travel and/or ticket industry and concierge experience preferred

1-2 years of sales (or upselling) experience in a performance driven environment

Maintain a positive working relationship with Sales, Marketing and Admin.

Distribute and collect Guest Registration Forms assisting guests with any questions they may have.

Accurately assign guests to a Sales Representative in the order they arrive.

Guest Relations - Education And/Or Experience

Check the LCD's for errors, if any, report them to a manager.

Always talk to the Chef or Manager to see at what time we want to stop seating Customers.

Guest Relations - Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Be aware of all movies by watching movie trailers to be able to inform guests about movie plots.

Check daily emails on outlook for Customer inquiries, current updates, changes, etc...

Develop process for communicating all guest/travel advisor issues of a serious or urgent nature to senior management in a timely manner.

Develop a concierge strategy to provide a personalized experience for Crystal Society tiers and ensure guests’ expectations are exceeded.

Experience in consulting, coordination with IT/Data/Analytics teams, and relationship-building

Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.

Must be highly detailed-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic brand-building efforts are priority – start-up experience a plus.

Knowledge of parking operations, regulations and office management.

Responsible for day to day operation and management of the entry stations and event parking operations.

Coordinate with members of management team to ensure adequate dissemination of information to departmental employees.

Must be knowledgeable of the Texas Tech campus and the parking rules and regulations.

Ability to recruit and manage conflict resolution that promotes a favorable outcome for all parties.

Unit Manager - Parking Events & Guest Relations

Experience with a Customer Relationship Management software is a plus

Support the Guest Relations department including but not limited to sending daily VIP reports, acquiring itemized receipts, escalating inquiries to management.

Must be able to work remotely from home without distractions

Manage reservation books for all MFG restaurants and handle high volume email inquiries.

Communicate guest needs and necessary information including cancellations, changes, VIP reservations, and guest issues with restaurant managers.

Expedite guest experiences, special requests and prepays.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.

High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Supervises and manages employees. Understanding employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.

Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.

Coordinate between new residents & unit managers to ensure their quick evaluation upon arrival.

Be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy.

Must be fluent in oral and written English.

Must be able to read written communiques and monochrome computer screen.

Must be able to operate computer, calculator and telephone keyboards, for cash handling and paperwork processing.

Advise restaurant management in obtaining successful guest resolutions

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: One year of administrative/clerical experience in a customer service environment.

Work efficiently with Security personnel as required and familiarize security protocols in terms of visitor management and emergency procedures
