Lead NY Creative Group Production team development, goals, and education

Recognized as a creative leader, directly managing CDs and Group ACDs

Valued in key decision making for client business by other agency functions and teams

Attract, mentor, train, and retain top talent

Promote and facilitate a culture of collaboration between agency and clients

Strong ability to grow client relationships

Is a strong leader and has experience running teams and leading client conversations

Has experience across storytelling, content creation, and nontraditional marketing experiences

Experience leading creative teams and managing creatives at all levels

Must have entertainment + social experience

Hybrid Work (combination in-office and remote)

Has a strong background in all forms of creative marketing communications

Compensation range for this position is $151,000- $281,000 annually. You may also be offered equity and benefits.

You will manage and prioritize high-volume, high-visibility projects in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment ensuring efficient and effective on-time delivery.

You have experience working with design systems and collaborating with product design teams

You have excellent communication skills with the power to listen and ask good questions, as well as influence, inspire, and persuade

You will lead multiple verticalized creative teams, and partner with agencies, to guide the creation of brand consistent creative.

You will recruit and retain top talent, and meet regularly with your team to promote development and growth.

Experience making pitches to all levels for creative presentations and being proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote).

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, self-manage and meet deadlines.

5+ years in an agency setting, or related experience.

Innovation, trend, promotional, experiential, and social media experiences.

Contribute viable ideas and ground-breaking thinking and present them to high-level executives.

Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to as well as working within budget boundaries.

Manage daily workflow and workstreams with CRM and Account Management team.

Be a highly-organized time manager, problem solver, originator of process, and collaborator.

Experience making pitches to all levels for creative presentations and being proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint and Keynote).

Experience across multiple marketing channels.

Knowledge and genuine interest in the Walt Disney Company's history–including films, animation, television, and theme parks.

10+ years in an agency setting, or related experience.
