Knowledge of basic carpentry skills

Installation, care of and ability to identify garden plants and trees is a bonus!

At least 1 year of verifiable experience as a groundskeeper, landscaper, or maintenance technician/specialist

Lawn Maintenance: Mowing and edging to keep the lawn neat, as well as power-raking our artificial turf.

Landscape Maintenance: Trimming and pruning shrubs and hedges to maintain health and appearance.

Weed Control: Identify and remove weeds from lawn and hardscape areas.

Trash and Debris Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash and other debris from outdoor areas.

Seasonal Tasks: Performing seasonal tasks like snow removal.
