Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Life insurance and other benefit options available for full-time staff

Knowledge of cleaning and disinfecting methods and the use and care of cleaning materials and equipment.

Knowledge of proper methods of animal restraint.

Ability to use cleaning materials and equipment with skill and efficiency.

Exhibit a technical knowledge of products and medications sold, including dietary products.

Bathe dogs in preparation for grooming: Shampooing, combing, brushing, and drying dogs of all sizes

Provide walk-in services, such as nail clippings/grindings, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, etc.

Assist Groomers with various tasks to ensure customer satisfaction along with pet safety and comfort

Answer grooming-related questions, calls, and appointment requests

Aid Groomers in maintaining a tidy and sterilized workstation

Open to working a variety of retail hours, between 8am-8pm, including weekends

Leadership skills and ability to “close the deal”

2 – 5 years business to business, outside sales experience required;

Excellent communication and organizational skills;

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Calling on hospitals within assigned territory to sell products;

Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers leading to product and program sales;

Pay is hourly depending on experience.
