Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations

Loads bags from bag storage room onto golf cars.

Transports range balls to each end of range and fills appropriate containers.

Offer to carry out and load purchases into customers' vehicles

Retrieve carts from the parking lot using a cart strap and safety vest

Pick up and dispose of debris from the carts, floor and parking lot

Distribute hand baskets around the store

Put misplaced or returned items in their proper locations

Assist in maintaining aisle conditions

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE) AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Maintains and repairs damages on the carts.

Wash cars daily and charge carts.

Performs related work as required

Must have completed up to the eighth (8) grade.

Responsible for all inventory management of linen/towels, and cart supplies (water, sports drinks, soft drinks, pencils, scorecards, menus, etc.).

Must be able to communicate English with guests, management, and other associates to their understanding. Additional foreign language a plus.

Attends required training classes and incorporates new standards, service knowledge and safety into daily work practices.

Awareness of guest experience at all times, smiles and makes eye contact, communicates professionally.

Must possess excellent communication skills.

Previous experience working at a golf course facility is preferred.

Knowledge of golf course operations and golf cart experience is preferred.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.
