Job Description

Are you the type of person who enjoys providing a high-level of customer service? Then, Pheasant Run Golf Course in LaGrange wants YOU, as we continue to build a team of dedicated professionals striving to learn, grow and achieve more! The Cart Attendant works on the outside golf operations to assure a smooth transition for guests around the club. Primary responsibility falls on service to members, efficiency of cart loading, cart cleanliness, staging, and storing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Park and line up golf carts neatly for guests to use when they arrive at the facility
  • Inspect carts and report any cart issues (safety, damage) to the Club House Manager
  • Clean out and spray down used golf carts after each guest
  • Fuel golf carts after each use ensuring all available carts are ready for use
  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
