Grade 3 Stationary Engineer Jobs in Texas

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Adjust set points, start-up and temperature on building energy management system.

A minimum of six years of experience in the building maintenance industry.

High School Diploma or GED required. Universal certification required.

Must have excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Continuous standing/walking and occasional/intermittent sitting.

Frequent reaching above shoulder level and overhead.

Frequent forward bending, twisting, squatting and kneeling; occasional climbing.

Occasional lifting and carrying equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

Office equipment, including computers, copiers, facsimile machines, telephones, 2-way pagers, and files/file cabinets.

Department specific ladders, hand tools, dollies, painting equipment, small electrical tools (i.e. drills, saws, paint sprayer, etc.)

The pay rates are tiered and are non-negotiable based on years and types of experience.

Maintenance of mechanical rooms and boiler rooms.

Maintain, test, and operate boiler and related equipment.

Perform mechanical checks throughout the building (i.e. elevators, escalators, etc.).

Read and log meters, gauges and other recording devices.

High school education or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year generalized knowledge in facility repair and maintenance operations

Must possess a good working knowledge of the mechanical plumbing and electrical aspects of the Central Plant and building systems.

Must have good written and oral skills with a strong attention to details.

Continuously monitor all pressure vessel operations, gauges, valves, and visible audible controls (per Title 8)

Assist preparing the boiler for annual inspection, source testing, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Write complex SQL queries that help Client identify and measure the non-genuine software base.

Can work in hive, pig etc

Create dashboards in tableau and excel Modelling in Excel.
