Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist the Deputy Director of Government Partnerships with special projects and research;

Provide planning and coordinate support for public events (in-person and virtual via Zoom) and other external affairs activities;

Participate in team and cross-departmental check-ins, support off-site project visits, and e-mail coordination as necessary.

Exceptional project management abilities, with a track record of successfully executing complex initiatives and delivering results.

Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including negotiation, contract drafting, campaign planning, and execution.

Strong creative thinking skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies for brand collaborations and experiential initiatives.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

Prior experience working in a startup environment preferred

Identify, research, and evaluate potential local partners, including event organizers, venues, brands, and other relevant stakeholders in New York City.

Experience in content strategy operations and talent management;

Organize training sessions for agencies under management to improve creator under management's engagement, community, monetization, etc;

Ability to R&D local requirements to provide product feedback to product teams;

Design creator's benefit system and growth program to incentivize better performance and revenue growth at scale;

Bachelor degree with talent agency or partnerships experience;

Experience working in a partnership role within technology industry;

Reviews and makes recommendations to City codes or policy changes as appropriate and based on experience with daily operations and planning.

Serves as staff liaison to boards and commissions such as the Planning Board, Architectural Design Board and/or Hearing Examiner.

Prepares associated detailed reports, public notices, verifies zoning code compliance and conducts various planning reviews as assigned.

Evaluates and analyzes plans to estimate projected population and employment growth.

Prepares and maintains a variety of records and reviews related to assigned activities.

Supervises, coaches, trains and motivates staff as assigned and coordinates and/or provides staff training as assigned.

Verify, inventory, organize, and maintain control of property received and stored within the Disposition Crib(s)

Maintain crib inventory and track property status throughout disposition process until complete.

Generate/maintain all GE internal and USG regulatory required records throughout the disposition process, both paper and electronic.

Coordinate/provide all logistics support for property leaving the disposition crib.

Lead and manage communication strategies and relationships with diverse internal staff and external public sector audiences.

2+ years experience in the food and beverage industry partnered with deep knowledge about food and food production.

2+ years of sales, partnership, or business development experience.

Experience with a CRM, Google Suite, and other tools.

Vet, recruit, and onboard top Culinary Partners with expansive menu catalogues based on strategic company priorities & goals.

Negotiate competitive margins, pricing, and portions for both new and existing menu items.

Must have thorough knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement regulations.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability.

Able to handle multiple priorities; possess strong communication skills and work well in a high-pressure environment,

Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and billing/eligibility software solutions, such as Assurance.

Meets federal, state and hospital requirements related to compliance issues.

Three (3) to five (5) years of healthcare billing experience.

Fiscal management, budgeting, and monitoring of government contracts.

Strong working knowledge of WIOA/ITA/SNAP E&T/TANF federal requirements and standard state policies;

Manage 3-5 existing workforce board relationships and develop new relationships across FreeWorld’s program sites;

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal contract requirements;

3+ years of demonstrated experience negotiating and administrating government contracts at the local or state level;

Strong written and oral communication skills, organization, and attention to detail;
