Utilize ServiceNow to manage TS audits and policies

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field

Collaborate with the CCD Auditors Office throughout audit engagements

Assist in the collection/creation of audit deliverables

Work with TS stakeholders and advise on implementation of internal controls and safeguards in response to audit findings

Utilize ServiceNow to approve third party file share permission requests

Implements and manages governance technology platforms including Archer Integrated Risk Management Platform and ACES Quality Management Software.

Expectation of both remote work along with in office days.

Oversees system integration and enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, adequate scoping, resource allocation, roadmap development, and timely project completion.

Manage technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution as needed in close collaboration with IT team and GRC third-party provider.

Provides input and actively implements strategic plan for the team, manages and maintains team procedures, development documentation, and record retention.

3+ years RSA Archer experience in building Advanced Workflow, Access Control, UI design, Reporting, Dashboards, iViews and DDEs

Gather business process requirements and produce quality documentation

Coordinate and manage meetings related to technology standards or technology research

Manage various stakeholder expectations via frequent engagement, transparency, and multiple communication methods (visuals, tools, progress reports, etc.)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Receive and review requests for market research, comparing the request to the currently supported technology within the organization

Determine the optimal path for conducting market research, and identify a recommended deliverable given the scale and scope of the request

Business savvy: Apply knowledge of banking and risk management to ensure alignment between business objectives and software requirements.

You understand banking fundamentals. Exposure to risk management, capital stress testing, credit risk models, and regulatory compliance would be particularly relevant.

Technical Skills: Make the link between business problems and technology solutions with a cloud-first mindset.

Collaboration: Build trusted working relationships with business stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors.

Communication: Write with precision and clarity. Express technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, changes in the banking industry, and regulatory developments.

Time management skills and the ability to identify request volume fluctuations and transition from one area of responsibility to another

College Degree preferred (Military experience may substitute in lieu of)

Proven Information Systems security experience

Experience with security monitoring controls, methodology, and event remediation/resolution

Ability to work across multiple access request queues in a quick and accurate manner

Ability to easily work with non-security teams to integrate security controls on projects or to address access issues

Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently across various stakeholders while managing projects end-to-end

0-3 years of experience in the related industry or in dealing with similar skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical writing and documentation experience is required

Address internal audit requirements and findings in a timely and appropriate manner.

Strong presentation skills to synthesize and share action items and follow ups

Use of Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Power point and Excel (to manipulate and summarize data)

Defining & Documenting Current & Target state system flow & Business Requirements/JIRAs

Experience in working as Senior Business Analysts in Commercial Banking with special focus on RISK domain

Preferred Experience working withMoodys Credit Lens platform or similar Platform

Knowledge/Exposure to Dual Risk Rating Framework is a plus

Solid Knowledgeof Commercial Banking Risk area related to Customer Ratings & Loan Ratings

Solid knowledge of key System & business processes in Deposit, Loans area

Strong understanding and use of project management techniques and testing processes

Advance Excell skills with experience writing complex formulas, creating dynamic statements, and conditional formatting

SQL experience with knowledge of pulling queries

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
