Apply machine learning and statistical knowledge to create optimization models & predictive analyses

Experience with integer programming, local search heuristics, and related Operations Research tools (e.g. Gurobi, CPLEX, XPRESS)

Experience building complex data sets from multiple data sources, both internally and externally

Strong SQL, database and ETL skills required including cleaning and managing data

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Large-scale program and project management experience

Communicate and coordinate regular status updates, issue management, and risk management, leveraging BIC PMO tools

A master’s degree in business administration or technology management is preferred

10-15+ years of customer-facing IT leadership experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience delivering IT solutions for supported business functions

Demonstrated experience facilitating the design, development, and successful implementation of technology platforms

End to end Clinical Trial Supply Management

Management of third party of cGMP clinical trial supply manufacturing, packaging and labeling

Working experience in a remote atmosphere

5 years of experience in similar role within Pharmaceutical / Biotech space

Strong background in global pharmaceutical and experience with cGMP’s

Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to negotiate

Develop demand/supply scenarios and requirements for commercial products as required

Partner with Demand planning, Commercial, Finance, and CMC/Manufacturing to maintain S&OP process.

Analyze and manage supply chain risks, including identifying potential supply disruptions and developing contingency plans

Manage GMP inventory throughout the supply chain, manage upcoming expiry, and ensure drug product accountability

Develop and manage inventory and supply strategies to optimize supply efficiency, minimize E&O while identifying risk and develop risk mitigation plans

Demonstrates experience and a strong understanding of commercial demand/supply planning and S&OP process

Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills; customer focus required

Above average analytic skills, with the ability to data mine multiple fields, analyze information, understand trends and make decisions accordingly

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Self-starter as demonstrated by prior summer or intern work experience and/or involvement in campus activities, clubs, student government, etc.
