Prepare labor training material and internal SOPs for local operations teams to socialize institutional knowledge regarding labor-related processes

0-2 years of experience in a startup environment

Proven experience in collaborating with external partners or vendors

Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for creating processes from scratch

Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities

Experience with process improvement, irrespective of the industry

You have experience administering project management tools (ex. Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, etc.) and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Sharepoint, etc)

Drive process improvement & escalation management with key external care delivery partners

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Global capabilities & processes

Assist the Sr. Program Operations Manager in the tracking and success of the Global Program

You have experience working in ZenDesk or other similar systems

You have 3+ years of relevant professional experience working within operations

Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution

Measure and analyze operational performance to drive improved service and customer experience

Internal tooling requirements are properly prioritized and delivered

Strong analytical skills, as evidenced by your ability to make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency

Strong communication skills; ability to interface with our partners and government agencies

Experience leading an overseas technical and/or operations team are a plus
