Global Program Associate Director Jobs

3+ years experience in instructional coaching, adult learning and data management/analysis.

Experience with learning management systems, Google Suite, Salesforce and other CRMs.

BA/BS degree and 10 years’ experience in conservation practice or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience designing, implementing, and directing complex or multiple projects of strategic importance while meeting deadlines.

Supervisory experience, including motivating, leading, setting objectives and managing performance.

Experience using public and private fundraising tactics to fund projects.

Experience in developing partnerships with non-profit partners, community groups, water users, and/or government agencies.

Self-motivated with strong leadership, project management, communication, team building, and analytical skills

Change manager and business transformation skills, especially for business architecture transformations (capabilities, workflows, applications).

Prepare and communicate progress/status/risk reports for senior and executive management and lead periodic steering committee meetings with key partners.

Must be pursuing an MBA from an accredited college or university

Graduation date between December 2023 - June 2024

Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications

Three years of teaching experience (required)
