Own all quality initiatives throughout the global organization through oversight and management

Work with AT team to establish new formula actives that align strategically with products position and brand ethos.

At least 3 years of experience in technology product management, product marketing, sales or related fields.

Previous IT industry experience and technical marketing skills

Defining product features and functions across various products to ensure they meet our customers current and future requirements

Developing and implementing the product roadmap that defines product requirements based on collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, partners and vendors

Ensure successful product launches by engaging with the product marketing managers for go-to-market activities and deliverables

X86 Server and AI experience a plus

● Create product and packaging briefs including cost targets, features, and benefits, key ingredients, required testing, etc.

● Manage communication and timing for component delivery and finished good delivery for initial POs

● Experience with consumer product packaging, labeling, and design

At least 5 years' experience in quality, operations, design engineering, manufacturing, and/or general management experience.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required, Masters Degree preferred.

Knowledge of Quality systems including ISO and IATF.

Automotive OEM experience preferred, which includes previous contact with OEM Automotive customers.

o New Product Introduction – ensuring that new products meet the requirements of the customers

o Supplier Development – ensuring that suppliers meet PPG requirements to provide quality materials

5 yrs business experience required; 2 yrs in Product Management preferred

Strong financial acumen preferred including exposure to P&L, balance sheet and cashflow management.

Manage and prioritize global innovation pipeline, develop and implement product launch roadmaps and refine marketing, communication and market activation plans.

MBA desirable or equivalent experience

Experience in developing pricing strategies and understanding the margin implications for the business.

B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience

Building robust business cases in partnership with the regional teams with vetted assumptions that ensure a favorable financial return.

Drive experimentation to rapidly vet potential solutions and scale for maximum impact

Lead new product development including product requirements, commercialization, life-cycle management, line extensions, and breakthroughs.

At least 3-5 years in of progressive marketing, business or technical management experience required.

Obtain a deep understanding of customer processes to identify opportunities that improve their experience and outcomes using sound VOC methodology.

Remote work with the ability to travel to Simsbury, CT and Altoona, PA as required to support the product line initiatives.

Demonstrated experience bringing new products to market that deliver impact to the business.
