$135,000-$155,000 (commensurate with experience and location)

Act as lead communications business partner for functional team members (HR, Supply Chain)

Provide communications oversight/council to the company’s Employee Resource Groups.

Partner with brand and ESG SMEs to amplify brand and corporate reputation communications with internal audiences.

Strong project management skills, well-organized, detail oriented, and proactive.

Support Corporate Communications Manager in prep work for ESG engagements, including research, compiling historical data, and drafting prep materials

2-3+ years' experience in communications and business writing preferred.

Public company experience a plus.

Minimum of 7+ years of formal communications experience, including internal/employee communications and media relations

Required skills include executive communications, feature writing, speech writing and video production

Possess strong attention to detail, with very strong written and verbal communications skills

Possess insight and knowledge of communications best practices and techniques

Experience in executive communications preferred.

Experience working on large-scale transformations is preferred

Demonstrated knowledge, skill, and understanding of website management and publishing, social media management and digital marketing reporting.

Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements

Excellent organization, planning, project management, and problem solving skills.

Experience at an institution of higher education or a research center.

Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

One (1) year of professional, related experience.

Extensive marcoms mix production experience across digital, on and offline medium. Creative and media planning briefing experience.

Strong communicator, including writing skills for content development

Analytical skills with data driven decisiveness

Lead development and deployment of all tactical assets within budget. Set up appropriate return on investment campaign and project tracking.

Ensure distribution of deliverables to appropriate channels, including content libraries, website, publications, etc.
