Detailed Job Description:

The Global Learning and Delivery Facilitator is responsible for the development, implementation, and delivery of learning and development programs for a global organization. This role will work closely with the organization’s leadership team to develop and implement learning and development initiatives that are aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. The Global Learning and Delivery Facilitator will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of learning and development programs, including but not limited to, instructor-led training, virtual training, e-learning, and blended learning solutions. The Global Learning and Delivery Facilitator will also be responsible for the evaluation and assessment of learning and development programs to ensure that they are meeting the organization’s objectives.
