Strong knowledge of and experience working on HIV programs, particularly with a global and/or prevention focus, is required.

This is not a technical position, but experience contributing to implementation science studies is a plus.

Experience supporting programs in Africa and/or living and working in Africa is preferred.

Experience working for the U.S. government or one of its implementing partners is a plus.

2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, development, or material development

Working knowledge of Web PDM and PLM data management systems

Input technical data for newly developed materials into the Product Line Management (PLM) data base

Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage R&D materials library and tracking of R&D samples

Knowledge of patternmaking and virtual digital systems, like, Gerber Lectra, Browzwear 3D, Optitex, Clo3D a plus

Oversees resource needs and skill set gathering for implementation to ensure a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.

Identifies key cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Division Manager, Brokerage Area Managers, etc.) to raise awareness and drive process improvements.

Sets & validates strategies, project value statements, user requirements, and customer expectations to ensure customer and project requirements are met

Manages the implementation roll-out plans to ensure effective project implementations.

Manages testing process and reviews test results to ensure modifications to product and processes occur as needed.

Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end.

Education: Bachelor's degree and above and/or equivalent work experience

Create, maintain, and manage incoming startup, investment, and innovation ecosystem projects.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in economic development, entrepreneurial programming, sales, real estate, or related field.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years of experience at a Venture Capital firm, technology firm, Accelerator and Incubator or another global CPG firm.

Experience in creating and executing impact meaningful digital technology solutions

Experience and understanding working with start-up Ecosystem globally- key markets being US and EU

Ability to take initiative and independent thinking with leadership experience in managing multiple complex projects and impacting stakeholders internally and externally.

Demonstrated Project and Vendor Management skills.

Assist with Signal Management activities and requests using Empirica and other external data sources and applications.

Perform project management and business development activities for Signal Management and related Innovation (AI/ML) projects.

Timely completion of PV Assessment activities and compliance metrics through product development, product maintenance and lifecycle management.

Ensure compliance management, as needed, with maintenance of SOPs within the scope of medical safety activities.

Participate in training sessions, workshops, and/or conferences, and share knowledge with team members, as agreed.

7-10 years of relevant professional experience; Project Management, finance, or management information systems experience a plus

Leads the project management functional aspect for implementations of critical Global Project, Program and Medical Systems initiatives to drive successful execution.

Ability to create & manage complex projects, including budget management & fiscal awareness

An ability to lead and manage in a matrixed structure and in a collaborative team environment

Fluency in written and spoken English required, with excellent communication skills

Experience in Medical Affairs would be a plus

Broad base procurement knowledge of business functions (Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Product Life Cycle Management)

Practical knowledge of continuous improvement and change management.

Perform costing analysis for all costing issues including current price evaluation, future product target setting, price increase management

Monitor and Report Performance to Management.

Support the Global Categories in implementing a robust VIP Supplier Management routine (development, deployment, sunstaining and improvement

Sound expertize of procurement processes and practices (Supplier Management, Procure to Pay, Purchasing, Advanced Sourcing, Category strategies, NPD, Supply Chain, Logistics)

Ability to lead cross-functional and dedicated teams, provide project management expertise, and to lead multiple projects at once
