Global Engineering Manager Jobs

Oversee multi-discipline teams to engage in active risk management (proactive and reactive) to identify risks and propose mitigations for datacenter modularization.

Provide strategic knowledge to help teams deeply understand the return on investment wherever it may exist for datacenter modularization.

Participate in Module Fabrication Yard due diligence visits to evaluate capabilities and subsequent request for proposal development, bidding and awards.

6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

5+ years large scale project experience (100MM per project) delivering Design Build, and Design Bid Build type projects.

3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional large scale modularization projects for mission critical or high-tech industry.

Deep experience with Change Management

Value Engineering: target costing and effective cost management, cost avoidance or cost reduction before and after production release.

Provide Management with regular feedback on performance of technical issues, project issues, processes/tools, and team member performance.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, drive closure on open requirements, and verify requirements are satisfied.

Leadership experience in cross-functional engineering disciplines with an emphasis on standardization and common processes

5+ years of product development engineering experience.

Working knowledge of DFMEA and PFMEA.

Ability to travel up to 20-25% domestic and international
