Global Business Development Strategy Jobs in Illinois

Tracks metrics and KPIs across the portfolio to report budget spending, benefit realization, and overall strategic progress

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or another related field, or equivalent work experience

Typically requires 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning

Experience in an agile environment strongly preferred

Works closely with business partners to create and implement strategic plans to address business problems

Provides further insight into the organization’s overall strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analyses

Two to four years of experience in a professional field such as healthcare, marketing, finance, strategy or business development.

Demonstrates ability to develop senior relationships and presentation skills.

Desires to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has ability to self-manage multiple projects and work streams.

Defines and executes innovative analytic approaches to strategic questions using strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Manages relationships with external vendor partners and is expected to become a product subject matter expert.

Develops and maintains relationships between other information-based departments, including Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, Physician Services, and Quality.
