Experience as an Accounting Manager
Direct the work activities and fully manage the performance and development of accounting staff
Oversee the operations of the Accounting Department, including accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, bank reconciliations, debt, and accrued liabilities
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures and manage a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk
Accounting experience in manufacturing or a similar industry
Experience leading the month-end close

Job Qualifications
