Offering rate will vary within the listed hourly range above. *Supported by the Department budget & related experience/education*

Knowledge of laws, legal codes, business and management, and public safety and security

General knowledge of Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, and the using scientific rules and methods to problem solve.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

Preference in employment actions exercised in accordance with applicable law. Applicants must provide proof of eligibility for preference.

Complex Problem Solving and Decision Making, system analysis and operations monitoring

Excellent organization skills including data management.

Create maps for field teams, and project management.

Experience with ESRI ArcGIS software products (ArcMap, ArcCatalog, ArcToolBox. Knowledge of ArcGIS Online and data collection apps is a plus).

The ability to work with site management and field personnel.

Assist with data entry for daily field reports.

Strong database skills in both the GIS and Microsoft environment.
