1+ year(s) management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred

2+ years' management experience in food service, retail, or restaurant preferred

Responsible for effective employee scheduling and payroll management to maximize daily sales while achieving company labor targets.

Effectively communicating with all subordinates, peers, and all levels of upper management.

Completing competition surveys as requested by upper management.

Previous experience working in high-volume, guest-focused, transactional environment preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Maintaining recreation areas including trailheads and restrooms

Inventorying and maintaining outdoor furnishings

Report and maintain fences, gates and other access points

Managing invasive plants such as Siberian Elm, Russian Olive, Tamarisk, Ravenna Grass, Kochia, Tumbleweeds and Goathead

Plant and maintain newly planted trees and shrubs when needed

Maintain swales and other past restoration efforts

Assist in all housekeeping functions as directed by Management
