Overview General Manager In Training (GMIT) is a position that provides an opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful General Manager. The GMIT is responsible for learning the operations of the business, developing a strong understanding of the customer base, and developing the skills necessary to lead a team. Detailed Job Description The GMIT is responsible for learning the operations of the business, developing a strong understanding of the customer base, and developing the skills necessary to lead a team. This includes learning the policies and procedures of the business, understanding the customer service needs, and developing the skills to effectively manage a team. The GMIT will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service, increase sales, and ensure the business is running efficiently. Job Knowledge
The GMIT should have a strong understanding of the business operations, customer service principles and practices, and financial management principles. They should also have a strong understanding of the customer base and the strategies needed to increase sales and ensure the business is running efficiently.
Job Experience
Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred. The GMIT should also have experience in developing and implementing strategies, motivating and inspiring others, and managing a team.
