Overview General Manager In Training (GMIT) is a position that provides an opportunity to learn the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful General Manager. The GMIT is responsible for learning the operations of the business, developing a strong understanding of the customer base, and developing the skills necessary to lead a team. Detailed Job Description The GMIT is responsible for learning the operations of the business, developing a strong understanding of the customer base, and developing the skills necessary to lead a team. This includes learning the policies and procedures of the business, understanding the customer service needs, and developing the skills to effectively manage a team.
