General Manager Finance Transformation Jobs

Sr. Manager for Commercial Finance Transformation

Serve as the thought leader in digital finance strategy deployment across Commercial Finance and High Growth Regions.

Be the Commercial finance leader on high-visibility projects such as EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse) finance modules, analytics, data and commercial digitalization

Expert knowledge in Excel and Power Point

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Holds team accountable and drives change through effective project management

Optimization of client’s use of leading close management process and tools

Helps to identify, assess, and analyze business challenges within the Finance and Accounting organization requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Contributes knowledge and best practices of key accounting related business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Close, etc.)

10+ years’ experience previously working in a professional services firm or related experience working in a corporate accounting role.

Experience developing and formatting data to meet export/import require­ments as defined by system rules

Demonstrated experience in project management

Must have at least 4 years of experience in an international company/environment, with US GAAP knowledge

Minimum 12 years of professional experience including experience in a finance shared services environment

Collaborative management style and a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across functions/departments

Finance lead accountable for Finance project assessment, scoping, planning, tracking and timely execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Work withinternational markets to test localization requirements TRIRIGA and provide feedback to the system development teams related to additional design requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance

IBM TRIRIGA or Lease Accounting experience is highly preferred

Knowledge of French or Italian is preferred

Provide consultancy and act as a SME on the implementation of the global lease system solution, IBM’s TRIRIGA

Experience with change management (ex: Kotter’s 8 Steps, ADKAR)

Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills

10+ years’ experience in finance at large, multinational company

Minimum 10 years total experience in at 2-3 finance business partnering positions (commercial finance, FP&A, operations finance preferred)

Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities at the same time

Desired Technical Skills / Experience:

Experience in project management or consulting

Oversight of the annual Finance Transformation budget and corresponding project accounting responsibilities

Drive effective relationship management and consistent communication to all relevant transformation stakeholders

Manages a team of 5 direct reports, with a total team size of 28 team members

Experience navigating a matrixed environment or direct experience in transformation preferred

Strong project management skillset, including project scoping and planning, structure thinking, and risk identification
