Medical Terminology & Documentation (Fundamental Awareness): Has limited experience, training, direct exposure, or past experience working with medical terminology and documentation.

Monitors compliance with all quality standards and procedures by staff within assigned area.

Coordinates operational tasks and resolve problems to ensure timely and efficient service.

Coordinates activities and problem resolution with nursing staff and patients, serve as liaison to ensure satisfaction with services.

Food Services Supervision (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate food services supervision in practical applications of moderate difficulty.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

Knowledge of fine dining etiquette.

Please note: This position is a morning server position, the shift is from 6 am to 2 pm.

Serves food and beverages in a friendly and courteous manner.

Relays any customer complaints, regardless of magnitude to the Supervisor.

Support and assist in Community Hall for all scheduled activities, general resort knowledge, and resort offerings

Previous experience of knowledge of Resorts environment

Experienced in engaging and interacting with diverse families and responsible for coordinating and executing family/adult activities

Strong verbal communication skills able to positively engage with guests, particularly with children and their parents

Must have excellent communication skills including friendliness and helpfulness

Highly developed Guest Service and Guest Recovery abilities

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

$18-19.00 / Hour + Bonus

Paid Overtime and Time Off (PTO Beginning day 1)

Eligible to work in the U.S

Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

Requirement: Prior host/hostess or waiter/waitress experience preferred.
