Leads the stability testing program and raw material testing program.

Assist with the creation of project specific Quality Management Plans and verify implementation of plan for each project

Must have 5+ years of recent experience overseeing the inspection and materials testing of projects similar in scale or scope

Working knowledge of national and State code and quality regulations/standards

Knowledge of construction i.e. prints, plans, procedures, scheduling, and testing

Excellent written and verbal skills

Expected salary range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 depending on experience

In-depth understanding and adherence to the Quality System requirements established by Med-Pharmex.

Applies extensive technical expertise and has knowledge of other related business disciplines/processes.

Responsibilities include stability oversight and management for multiple pre-clinical and clinical products

Strong attention to detail supported by excellent time management and organizational skills

Serves as a scientific liaison for outsourced assay development, technology transfer and data management in a CRO or CMO/CDMO environment

Lead the QC team on the execution, qualification/validation, trending, and troubleshooting of biochemical and cellular assays for AAV products.

Lead the QC team for Phase 3 compliance activities, including instrumentation qualification and maintenance, LIMs system implementation and oversight,

Demonstrated experience with building QC organization and/or managing early to late phase transitions is desirable.
