Research legal descriptions, property ownership and history using maps, computers, and Assessor-Clerk-Recorder records; issue addresses to parcels.
Make routine inspections to note compliance with various land use requirements; confer and coordinate activities with other interested County departments.
Research zoning maps, general and community plans, and specific plans, to answer questions relating to use of specific property.
Complete initial planning case processing of applications and calculate fees.
Conduct research and prepare reports and routine correspondence; may appear as a witness in court for violation cases.
Bilingual In Spanish Is Preferred, But Not Required.
