Free People Associate Buyer Jobs in Pennsylvania

Must have 3+ years’ experience in fixture or furniture design.

Strong organization and communication skills

Some hands-on fabrication skills preferred.

Collaborate with both Store Design and Store Operations teams to create floor plans for new and current stores.

Depending on business needs, create new fixture packages for the different apparel and accessory categories.

Collaborate with the merchandising teams to execute updates on current fixture packages.

Personnel skills to work well with cross functional partners and team to achieve plans

Minimum of two years of experience in retail buying or a similar capacity

Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships and demonstrate strong listening, oral, and written communication skills

Strong organization and prioritizing skills

Supporting the daily operations within designated buying area and developing partnerships with the buyer on all necessary tasks

Ownership of buying a product class within the buying area
