2+ years of experience in fashion merchandising/buying (preferably in handbags and accessories)

Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills

Ensure overall assortment meet customer needs in regards of silhouettes, colors, materials, and price points

Leads ad-hoc chase initiatives, working with in-house design and market vendors. May negotiate pricing, chargebacks, and discounts as needed.

Liaise with Supply Chain to ensure the timely delivery of merchandise.

Responsible for all fiscal duties including sales goals and plans, inventory management, and management of open to buy.

Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, management, and store teams

Manage a group of specific product classifications in order to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Experience in buying and/or planning.

Support overall area of Buyer’s responsibility.

Responsible for seasonal assortment selection and in season reaction to trend and selling at the total and on a regional level.

Provide thorough and meaningful analysis of Sales Forecast and effectively articulate learnings to management and cross-functional partners.

Create and manage store matrices, as well as visual assortment tools for new stores.

Manage Inventory tracking and monitoring daily sales and inventory levels.

Maintain and demonstrate expert knowledge of customer base through strong field relationships.

Attend all pertinent meetings for the divisions and provide recommendations as needed based on knowledge of trend and selling data.

2 years of experience in merchandising/buying/planning

Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management system

Assist in the administration of employee benefits

Provide day-to-day operational support to employees and managers

2- years of HR experience preferred,

Experience with HR metrics and data storytelling

Maintain day-to-day administration within the Workday system
