Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and company needs

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the software engineering field

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients in the industry

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent

Manage Google Ads Campaigns: Leverage your expertise in Google Ads to develop, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive conversions.

Self-Serve Platform Experience: Build campaigns to increase sign-ups and adoption, not just demo requests.

Manage Agencies and Freelancers: Manage the agencies and freelancers that we use for various marketing functions.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.

* Be the SecOps domain expert to the rest of the team

* Intimate familiarity with the operation of common commercial cybersecurity products and open-source tooling

* Lightspeed execution: you intuitively find 80/20 solutions and enjoy seeing your change in prod within 24hrs

* Self-starting, thrives with ambiguity

•3+ years of deal-related experience in private equity, corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting

•Highly analytical and organized with strong written / verbal communication skills

•Develop experience leading deal execution process end-to-end, from deal negotiation and diligence through close and value creation.

Location: Hybrid – preference for San Francisco Bay Area or New York City Area.

•Lead transactional execution workstreams for new M&A opportunities, including financial analysis, commercial diligence, valuation, and debt-financing processes

•Oversee due diligence advisors (e.g., accounting, tax, technology, legal)
